Warranty & Returns

Every Labeo Technologies product comes with a one-year warranty on parts and labor. This page explains what is covered and how to return a product. The full conditions are in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Warranty

  • Duration: one (1) year, unless otherwise noted in the quote or invoice.
  • Start date: the date the product is delivered to the end user.
  • Covered: defects in material and workmanship, when the product is used according to its user manual. LabeoTech repairs or replaces the defective product.
  • Not covered: accidents, misuse, failure to follow the user manual, altered products, normal wear and tear, consumables, and damage caused by power problems. Opening the electronics without our authorization voids the warranty.
  • The warranty covers the original owner only and is not transferable.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with the serial number of the system and a short description of the problem. Photos or a short video help us diagnose it faster.
  2. We send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship a product without an RMA number.
  3. Clean and decontaminate all parts that were in contact with animals, biological fluids or hazardous substances. We may refuse a product that has not been cleaned.
  4. Ship the product to us, with the RMA number on the package. The sender pays the shipping costs to LabeoTech.
  5. Under warranty, we repair or replace the product and pay for shipping it back to you.

Damaged or Missing Items at Delivery

Inspect your shipment when it arrives and note any visible damage with the carrier. Report damage, missing items or products that do not match your order within ten (10) working days of delivery, with photos when possible.

Cancellations and Non-Defective Products

Unless otherwise stated in your quote or invoice, standard products can be cancelled before shipment, and non-defective products cannot be returned. Custom or modified products cannot be cancelled once work has started, and cannot be returned.
