The Fiber Photometry System is the ideal solution for in vivo studies of brain activity in freely moving rodents, such as mice and rats. Whether you are imaging calcium indicators or utilizing Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) for high sensitivity ratiometric biosensors, the system ensures precise and reliable measurements. This system is designed to provide robust data on neural activity, making it an essential tool for neuroscience research.

We offer a wide selection of lasers, LEDs, and optical filters compatible with commercially available biosensors or custom-developed fluorescent biosensors. The system also supports intensiometric biosensors using conventional fluorescence, with a dedicated reflectance correction channel for enhanced accuracyOptical filter sets are user-replaceable for increased modularity.

Increase throughput with our 4-channel version, enabling simultaneous monitoring of multiple subjects or brain regions. Each channel operates independently with its own set of PMT detectors, requiring no calibration or alignment.

Additionally, the system includes up to 8 analog inputs,which can serve as input triggers to start recordings or synchronize with other devices. The software provides real-time visualization of ΔF/F to measure changes compared to a baseline, FRET ratios, and analog inputs, while also supporting customizable recording protocols for automated data acquisition.
