Optical Imaging Systems

Explore Cutting-Edge Optical Imaging Technology for Unparalleled Precision

The Modular Optical Imaging System (OiS200) can perform Intrinsic Optical Imaging, Fluorescence Imaging and Speckle Imaging.

The Fiber Photometry System is an ideal solution for in vivo studies of brain activity in freely moving rodents. It features Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) for high sensitivity of ratiometric sensors, ensuring precise and reliable measurements. This system is designed to provide robust data on neural activity, making it an essential tool for neuroscience research.

The Serial Blockface Histology Platform enables serialized three-dimensional histology of ex vivo tissues, such as rodent brains or small animal arteries. It is compatible with optical coherence tomography (OCT & PS-OCT), confocal fluorescence microscopy and many more.

The in vivo Bioluminescence, Epi-Fluorescence and Trans-Fluorescence imaging system (OiS300) is highly sensitive, customizable and can perform 3D visualisation.

This instrument performs single photon counting on 2 independent channels, each including a constant fraction discriminator and a time to digital converter. Easy setup and increased price-performance ratio with a user-friendly software.

Accessories for Imaging Systems

Our optical and acoustic enclosures ensures a completely dark environment, essential for high-precision imaging with the OiS200 or other advanced imaging systems, such as 2-photon microscopy or OCT systems. The enclosure enhances the signal-to-noise ratio of imaging and is designed to reduce ambient noise.

This high-performance box features dedicated input and output ports for precise and controlled delivery of anesthesia gas. It includes two pairs of ports: one for the entire chamber and another specifically for the anesthesia mask.

Compatible with bioluminescence, SWIR, and other imaging systems.
